The device includes two parallel vertical perforated lines cut along the body of the heat shrinkable cap, while between the vertical perforated lines a cut is made for a tear-off tab, over which a metallized coating is applied to ensure the preservation of the shape of the tear-off tab or the tear-off tape as a whole during heat shrinking.
